♠♥ Brisbane Water Bridge Club ♦♣
Brisbane Water Bridge Club has a weekend away each year for members and any other players who enjoy good company and good food. This year we are going back to Dormi House 22nd to 24th August, as we had such a good time last year.
Eaglereach
Our first holiday bridge weekend was at Eaglereach Wilderness Resort in the Lower Hunter Valley region. It was a fabulous weekend and the food was extraordinary. We stayed in individual lodges which accommodate up to 10 people with common lounge areas.
Dormie
House

Dormie House Mossvale was the venue for our bridge holiday weekend. We
had ten tables in play and ran a pairs, swiss pairs and teams event.
Some of us even fitted in a round of golf on the beautiful country
course.The
food was excellent and the staff looked after us very well. Everyone
had a great time and can't wait to return there in 2008.
The
restaurant
meals were out
of this world.
There was a great playing room for our red point bridge sessions which
we all enjoyed. A round of golf was available for those who wanted to
play. A very enjoyable
weekend
was had by all.
